This updates the MER materials for use with the new "Eevee" rendering engine in Blender 2.8x.

Exported a GLB file including the deployment animation.

@emackey You have the right idea! It's good to update the older models so the public can open them in recent versions of the relevant software. I updated this Blender file and exported it as a GLB animation yesterday so I need to close this request. I'm sorry your request was ignored for so long.
