Add cultivar column in yield table #69

I’m looking at it now and am having troubles understanding how the dssat.cultivar table is related to the model run schema (cc’ing Kostas). The model run schema seems to reset the gids (1-n). Is there a way to know what gid they relate to in the cultivar table?
