When planting date is too late in the year, i.e. harvest occurs in the next calendar year, RHEAS won't run to crop maturity. Need to change that, and an initial approach would be to ensure that VIC data are available for 180 days past the planting date. Eventually, we could use the SAGE harvest rasters to estimate the end date more appropriately.
