Just a quick minor issue.

http://oco.jpl.nasa.gov/science/publications/

Responds with Unknown Host in browser:

$ dig oco.jpl.nasa.gov | grep status ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 28402

$ nslookup oco.jpl.nasa.gov ** server can't find oco.jpl.nasa.gov: NXDOMAIN
