Travis CI for SBN #29

Should create a Travis CI system for SBN.

now have a functional test in Travis CI. Could use a filter module to test filters but otherwise am happy with how it works. (Three CPU's, CPU1 has CI, CPU2 has a test app that generates Fibonacci numbers, and CPU3 outputs via TO to a simple receiver pgm.
