Title is "tommorrow's picture" from 1995-9-22 to sometime around 1996/3/1 #25

There seems to be a block of dates that the api returns a title of "tomorrow's picture" instead of the correct title. There also seems to be an issue with other dates returning "information" https://github.com/nasa/apod-api/issues/23
