Fix #190, correct inconsistent names in add_test() functions. #199

This PR is to replace PR #198

Describe the contribution Correct the typos in add_test() function in CMakeLists.txt for all six modules in bplib under ut-coverage directory.

Fixes https://github.com/nasa/bplib/issues/190

Testing performed Build and run software re-run "make", "make test". and "make lcov", all six coverage tests have been created.

Expected behavior changes None

System(s) tested on CentOS 7

The CCB review of #198 took place on 2022-11-02 and this was provisionally approved, but a new PR submitted to fix the source branch and commit logs. Confirmed content is the same, so this is now approved, and PDL has concurred.
