Fix #183, add preliminary static analyis workflow #209

Describe the contribution This simply calls the cFS static analysis workflow.

Fixes #183

Testing performed Run workflow manually in fork.

Expected behavior changes Static analysis should be executed with every PR

System(s) tested on Github workflow

Additional context Other PRs resolve cppcheck errors and will need to be merged before this workflow runs cleanly.
