GSFC patent counsel has approved both BP components (the BP CFS App + BPLib) to be released under Apache-2.0, under NASA Docket No. GSC-18,587-1.
Updating the license will match the rest of the CFE framework. As part of this, the boilerplate text on all source files needs to be updated to the text specified by GSFC.
