Add option to enable --coverage flag on full stack #565

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Enhancement to be able to report coverage from full stack testing if desired

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe ENABLE_COVERAGE=true, and global_build_options.cmake could add --coverage if defined? Would duplicate the coverage enabled in unit test executables... but does it matter?
