Please add to dorado/scheduling/data/README.md a note about the provenance of the file uvex.txt.

Thanks for addressing this, but the README file still does not say which satellite it was.

Also please specify the retrieval date, not the date committed.

@mcoughlin, in the future, please add text like Fixes #31 so that merging the changes automatically closes the issue.
