Consider a Plugin System

We won't be able to predict all the ways that mEditor will be used, so we should think about what a plugin system would look like for mEditor.

• What lifecycle do we want to define for document operations, and where might a plugin fit into that?
• What would a plugin registry look like?
• How do we handle / report plugin errors?
