Unable to modify Y Axis Label text on Overlay Plot, Stacked Plot #5495

Summary

This needs more investigation, but it looks like it's not possible to set a plot's Y AXIS label. Might be user error

Editing Y-Axis label does not work on Overlay Plot or Stacked Plot

Testathon 2023-02-02: the axis label can be renamed, but it doesn't take effect until saving and navving away/back, or editing again and saving/cancelling again. Label should change as the user edits and blurs out of the input field.
