Purpose

Make a README with instructions on how to use the GEE Upload Scripts.
Make any necessary changes to the scripts to allow us to use them in our test venues.
Proposed Changes
ADD the README.md for these scripts.
CHANGE the scripts as needed to get them working
Testing
Testing will be carried out on one of our test venues, using previously generated data.
