We have various pages in our Ops Guide that contain empty content or seem incomplete. Its hard to tell if this is intentional or if work still needs to be done (see "Backups" for example).

Suggestions:
Every page should have a "Revision History" section, see #8 for tips, and either have a Version 1.0 entry or "Draft" if in-development
Pages that are not baselined should have a Confluence wiki label of "draft" at the bottom - this way we can know which need work
