We want to add Release 3 product types to the existing accountability tools (audit.py, bach-api/bach-ui and cmr_audit.py)

  1. Inputs: L2_RTC_S1 Outputs: L3_DSWx_S1
  2. Inputs: L2_CSLC_S1 Outputs: L3_DISP_S1
