Purpose

This branch integrates the DSWx-S1 PGE v3.0.0 with OPERA PCM. This release incorporates the Final v1.0 delivery of the corresponding SAS, and adds support for utilizing the GLAD Classification map as an additional ancillary input. Placeholders in the code for utilization of the Shoreline Shapefile have also been removed.

Resolves #936

Testing

Branch has been tested on a dev cluster by executing the DSWx-S1 workflow, both in real and simulation mode. The PGE smoke test job for DSWx-S1 was also run, with all product comparisons passing.
