Describe the feature request

Compressed CSLC files are permanently needed by R3 PCM to produce DISP-S1 data. Currently all GRQ entries are subject to 60-day roll-off period. Therefore, we need to disable that for all indices that start with grq_1_l2_cslc_s1_compressed
