Description

This branch integrates the v0.4.1 delivery of the DISP-S1 SAS with the latest PGE code.
Major updates include changes to the RunConfig schemas for DISP-S1, removal of the amplitude mean/dispersion files as ancillary inputs, and removal of code related to running grib_to_netcdf, since this will be performed elsewhere within the SDS.

Testing

Unit test suite for DSWx-S1 has been updated to accommodate changes made for CalVal integration
Integration test for DSWx-S1 has been updated to use latest available sample assets, and to sync the validation workflow with the version in the disp-s1 repository.
