  • An event has been added for the ResetCountersCmd

Testing performed GitHub CI actions all passing successfully. Tested locally to confirm app still working nominally:

Expected behavior changes An event will now be issued for this command.

System(s) tested on Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) Current main branch of cFS bundle.
