Installation instructions for Windows no longer correct #849

From a user:

I was working through the guide on github to install Trick on Windows (https://github.com/nasa/trick/wiki/Install-Guide#windows10), and discovered that the java versions called out there are no longer available in the way they are listed.

For versions 1803 and 1709, you guys say to add linuxuprising via ppa, and to install java10. For the creators update, you call out java8. Well, now that java12 has been released, you can't download them anymore.

So, what worked for me in step #3 (for versions 1803 and 1709) was 'sudo apt install oracle-java12-installer'. Not sure if that's page-update worthy or not, but wanted to bring it to your attention in case it is.

@spfennell I'm curious why this was closed without the instructions being fixed?

@jmorris-osr Oops, I'm sorry! I glanced at the wiki and thought it had been fixed. It's actually hard to track changes to the github wiki because it is a separate repository with no web capabilities to look at history, we are forced to pull changes from the wiki and look at them locally. I'll get the instructions fixed ASAP.
