Malawi 2021 #177

@hannah-rae most recent model trained from malawi 2021 corrective labels, f1 score somewhat low but so is the crop % of the local validation set

f1 score of 0.4104803 max f1 score of 0.5662650 local validation crop percentage is 11.27%

@evamutz this is kind of an interesting error I haven't seen before with mypy. Might be tied to the python version or mypy version. A potential check that could be done is to change the python version in environment-dev.yml to 3.7

Could you also please create a Github issue to address the temporary fix of extending the month?
