Need to use code from Jupyter notebook to eliminate examples where labelers disagree

Used forecaster by default, will disable here https://github.com/nasaharvest/crop-mask/pull/49 and regenerate a crop map without a forecast

@ivanzvonkov are these labels open source? Can I add them to the geomaml experiments?

These are ones that we labeled ourselves on CEO, they're on Harvest Portal (https://data.harvestportal.org/dataset/rwanda-2019-crop-non-crop-labels) as private right now, but I think we could make them public. @hannah-rae could you confirm?
