DEMUD now handles data_to_fit of None
This DEMUD implementation has been checked against COSMIC_DEMUD for consistent results

I am going to go ahead and push this update to master, because it only affects the DEMUD implementation internals. If anyone has trouble with a DEMUD run, let me know and I'll fix it!
