Team name: NASA Harvest Machine Learning

Description: NASA Harvest is NASA's agriculture and food security program. Its machine learning team aims to:

Conduct fundamental machine learning research motivated by applications of remote sensing data
Enable and advance the adoption of ML methods using remote sensing data to benefit food security and agriculture

I think we should add some others to the team (can even change from Core Team > Team to make it more broad). I think the four on there now does not really sufficiently reflect who is working on it.
