Uncouple keyword color from diff changed faces #128

Problem: the keyword colors are used for the diff{, -indicator, -refine}-changed faces, if the keyword color is changed in the future, then it probably shouldn't effect the diff face colors. Solution: use blue to match the ediff-current-diff-C face, and currently the blue and keyword colors are identical.
