Live audition / key jazz in Channel UI. #47

@esaruoho - I’d really expect that after changing an instrument in track mixer, that i can keyjazz with that immediately instead of having to return to pattern editor. feels like a lost opportunity.

When I add the live audition mode, I'll try to make sure it's available in Channel UI. As long as there's no keyboard shortcut conflcts, I could potentially look at the Instrument widget providing live auditioning automatically.
