thing before 1.0 #8

main things needed for 1.0 launch.

ban system. main home page. make a password admin password in install.php admin post view, should look like my uploader draft. make board conf forms in admin panel universal admin panel (requires no board to log in with) make super basic module system. edit post button. convert form to html multi form

modules, i want to have each module be a folder that contains a main script and a library for them to talk about and store board data with out having to design it to much. there should be a wiki to help figure it out

i can really call a 1.0 release when i got ban and home made.

exitif data stripping, imagemagic moduels should do that. apply duing image prossesing.
