minor changes to spacing and css #9

as the title says. It changes a douzen or so lines on html.php (sorry about the commit fail that maeks it hard 2 read) and default.css.

adds space between OP comment and OP single image
adds extra padding to the top of the post form
more padding/margin to the left of post replies
increases width of accent If you want some of the css to maybe be split off into different classes then let me know.
