[Heretic] Proper conversion of E2END #12

As mentioned in the ZDoom forums, Heretic's E2END should be properly converted with the E2PAL to support ports which cannot load PNG replacements.

OK, looks like it was done on purpose like that since GZDoom cannot handle it properly otherwise.
