Help text which is too long should auto scroll

I have just done the translation to Dutch. Dutch is a language that is less 
comact than English. I had a challenge to fit the help texts on the bottom of 
the screen in Settings -> Advanced without losing important info. This coud 
also hinder other translations.

A suggested fix is to autoscroll text that is too long in that area. Don't know 
how to handle multiline text though.

Fixed in revision fc5093c423.  Lengthy help text now scrolls automatically.
