[Feature Request] enable MythTV transcoding and User Job initiation via MythBox #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play HD recording
2.Jump back and forward in playing recording
3.Observe correct commercial skipping

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is that all of the above works correctly.
However, depending on the quality and/or compression of the original HD
broadcast (cable HD broadcasts are more problematic than OTA)sometimes:
1) the recording won't play for more that a split second, or
2) the recording plays, but attempting to jump forward or back (30s, 10m)
results in the recording stopping, or
3) commercial skips occur at the wrong time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2 on Linux/Debian

Please provide any additional information below.

My work-around for this is to run '/usr/bin/mythtranscode --mpeg2' as a user
job on the troublesome recording. (It is likely that a High Quality transcode
works too). This results in a program stream mpg file instead of a transport
stream mpg file and in general seems to effectively work around the problem.

Unfortunately to run the job it is necessary to leave MythBox and do this in
the mythfronted or via mythweb. It would useful if the job/transcode could be
initiated right in MythBox.

Please consider this request.

[Obviously it would be better if XBMC/MythBox didn't need this work-around and
could play MythTV recordings with the same reliability as the MythTV frontend.
However, I suspect that's a XBMC issue as opposed to a MythBox issue, hence
this feature request to work-around the problem]

Basic implementation added to trunk. Please try it out and let me know your
thoughts. I have the same problem w/ corrupt over-the-air recordings and have
been wanting this feature too :-)

MythBox -> Watch Recordings -> Recording Details -> Advanced

You should see a menu with CommFlag/Transcode/UserJobs
