XBMC freezes when loading Mythbox when "Show Recently Added Videos" enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure the Confluence skin is being used (the default)
2. Enable the option Skin->Home Window->Show Recently Added Videos
3. Start Mythbox.  Observe that is freezes XBMC right after the title screen.  
I need to kill -9 the XBMC process to restore access.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC 10.1 Dharma, Mythbox 1.0.3

XBMC and Mythbox debug logs are attached.

Looks like a race condition in XBMC when it tries to launch two scripts at the 
same time.
