Protocol 71 not supported

1. use mythbox against the latest mythbackend 0.25 code

protocol not supported

latest mythtv trunk
latest released version of mythbox from repository

I can confirm that the patch posted here works. I was having the same problem 
and manually modified the protocol.py file as shown in the patch. I was then 
able to connect to the backend server.
