Added a mockEvents file that contains Meetup API events payloads to use on the Events page
Set up local state with hydration via useEffect on the index page for the Event Cards. This should (hopefully) make it simple to replace the mock event data and plug in the API call/Netlify function call/GraphQL query/whatever to get real events data once we're ready to do that
Added EventCard component
For the time being, this Event Card component just uses a jpeg image that I added to the repo but that can be replaced with a link to an image stored elsewhere if we prefer
These are some small "quality of life" type additions/improvements
Added "es6": true to the .eslintrc file. This will let you do stuff like using Promise, etc. without the red squigglies
Added -o to the start script so that it will open a new browser window when starting the app.
Added a utility file with a function for converting Unix timestamps to date strings
This function, in particular, will likely be obsolete if we choose to add a third-party date library to the project
If we want to add a date library, I highly recommend day.js as it has a very similar API to moment.js
