TableLayout Tutorial can't select TableLayout #234

Running DroidDraw for Windows r1b20. Issue is also relevant for the Interface 
Designer hosted on website.

Step Ten instructs user to select the TableLayout but it is not clear how to do 
this.  The widgets added to the TableLayout to this point completely cover the 
TabeLayout so any attempt to select the TableLayout will select one of the 
widgets sitting on top of it

You can control click or right click to access the stack of widgets at a 
particular location.

I've updated the tutorial to contain more information regarding this.
