A question about WinterSmith #1

Hello there Mike!

What a delicious-looking website you have there!

I'm Ajmal. I stumbled across your website while searching for static generator (I've tried few of them; octopress, hexo, ghost and assemble) but so far none works to what I've trying to achieve.

Then I went I see your website (powered by WinterSmith) it looks close to what I was looking for; but I believe since you have experience with WinterSmith so I hope it's okay if I asked you a question to confirm (usually I would just test things out and break things but it has taken me longer than I could afford and expected testing all the above framework/platform). I ended up hacking most core part to make it worked so I think it'll be best if I could get your input if WinterSmith could emulate this setup::

ps: I'm trying to migrate away from WordPress too (ajmalafif.com) to static generator. So your blog and site is really a great resource and inspiration for me. Thanks for that too!

Hi @ajmalafif, and thank you so much!

You could definitely build this with WinterSmith. It would take a little work to create a separate work section vs blog section, but you can do it! See the home.coffee file in the plugins directory to get setup for a custom landing page.
