Named equivalents appear as subclasses of Thing

A
- B
-- B1 == C1
- C
-- C1 == B1

Appears with B1 and C1 as direct subclasses of Thing

We now use the OWLAPI StructuralReasoner for the class hierarchy.
B1 and C1 no longer show up under owl:Thing
