The client needs to copy the last magic dlls from the nasser/magic github artifact into the nostrand/references folder to be sure to have the last version of the magic compiler.
This instruction is present in the nasser/magic repo readme but actually belong even more here nasser/nostrand as the client should not even have to go through the magic Readme if he just wants to use magic.
