Log entire voldemort client configuration to INFO #358

This is an enhancement request, not a defect.

Per a conversation with owners of the project, it was suggested that having the 
client log all of the configurations it is using, including the store name and 
any default settings, would be very helpful during troubleshooting.  This 
should probably be logged at INFO.
