Flickering and not really dimming #7

Everything appears to be working as it should, integration with home assistant works and in the serial monitor everything looks fine but it doesn't really dim that much and it flickers irregularly.

Any idea what it could be? I checked that I have the right board in the board manager. The bulb I'm trying to dim is a regular incandescent bulb so that shouldn't be a problem, should it? I´m on 220v 50hz, could that be the issue? Any code I need to change?

same problem flickering when dim down to around 30% and my LED Driver dimmer is trailing edge. Is there a way to change the code to support Trailing Edge LED Driver? I am using normal trailing edge rotary dimmer no problem, no flicker
