Question about nonVascular data and cell-cell interaction file #5

Hi there,

I checked the Dropbox location where you have more complete data available. Could you please let me know what kind of data are in the nonVascular.adDEGs.pseudobulk folder? They looked like normalized matrix data. What kind of normalization/filtering has been used? Also, could you please share the cell-cell interaction file named CellChat_Phone_Talk_SingleCellSignalR.combined.ligrec.txt?
