Hi there, I was going over the code, specifically the 5. cell-cell communication. Could you please let me know what are the input files for line 16 ( allfiles=list.files(pattern = 'module.expMat.txt') )? Additionally, I was wondering about what's the purpose of creating different modules for different cell types in calculating the covariances. Thank you!
