Shallow FAQ section in UG

Should more detailed information be included in the FAQ section of the UG to provide more help to the users?

• Non technical users may not know the term "clone"
• Contact us answer is not backed with an email or some way for users to reach out to the developers.

As this is not a cosmetic issue or minor spelling/typo, it should not considered a very low severity bug. Instead, this is one that does not affect normal operations but could cause inconvenience to users is certain situations (When they need to contact developers or seek more information) which falls under the category of low severity.
