Instructions and demo

Created a new branch to work on this. Plan is to use Natalia's original map (maybe add some water in there in addition to the well though) with instructions

I've now implemented instructions and a demo in the same page. Given how simple the task is, we should consider whether it is really necessary to ask comprehension check and attention check questions. I guess it is probably worthwhile for data quality reasons. If we do so, I think the best plan would be to have a page after the demo/instructions, where:

• we ask some very basic comprehension check questions (what is your goal in the game? How many players will there be? How many rounds? Where can you get water from? How many times can you water each plant?) If participants get them wrong, we revert them back to the instruction page. they then have to get them right before proceeding
• We also ask an attention check question, and if they get it wrong we boot them?

This has been implemented (comprehension checks that is, there are no explicit attention checks, but I suspect they may not be necessary given the instruction checks)
