Fixing subscribe css #33

Hey i edited scss file in the subscribe folder. When subscribe title hits mobile or tablet layout it stays on the left but other titles comes to the center, so i make it center. One other little change is that i made margin zero to the input email so it look good.

Sorry to close this. I wanted to push out a quick fix on this off of the master with some other adjustments included.
