Broken tabs #4

Oops. In refactoring the code to make it easier to create buildings with additional features (such as planetaryCommand) I have broken the additional tabs.

Since it is now mid-night and I have to get up for work in 4hrs, I can't fix it today!

If you can wait until tomorrow, I will fix it myself.
