Formatting of caption does not work for codes #10

Formatting of caption (in monospace font) does not work for codes. This applies to captions across the User Guide.

These could have been italicised to differentiate commands/code from the usual text instead.

Rationale

This was the intended formatting as decided by the dev team as we felt that it was sufficient enough to differentiate the commands from the text.
