Roadmap to Version 1.0.0 #12

As a minimum requirement for the release of a Version 1.0.0 we should aim for CalmarendianDate to have all the functionality (or some equivalence to) that of the date class in the Python Standard Library.

First task will be to describe all the features that still need to be transcribed from date into CalmarendianDate.

As we work through all the issues and new features identified in the roadmap, we should be looking to transform ROADMAP.md into a documentation file.
