Common Symbolic Notation: problem with Cycles > 9999 #26

Common Symbolic Notation (CSN) was not originally expected to have to deal with Cycles after 9999. We now need it to work, when displaying and creating date objects, with all valid dates, including those with five digit cycle numbers.
